In the meantime, here is a glimpse into our special day!

  • Our wedding will take place at The Olana in Hickory Creek, Texas (approximately 35 minutes north of Dallas)

    The day will include a ceremony, a non-alcoholic cocktail hour with appetizers, an evening reception with a plated dinner, and a late-night after party.

    We look forward to celebrating with you on July 9.

  • Formal invitations will be sent soon with full event details.

    This will be an invitation-only event.

    RSVP will be required, with meal selections included.

  • Formal attire. Black tie optional.

    Nice dresses (midi to floor-length), as well as suits or tuxes.

  • Guests are invited to attend the wedding ceremony and celebration on July 9.

    The evening prior, Jaecie and Carson will be sealed in a private temple ceremony with close family and friends.

  • The reception will follow the ceremony and include a cocktail hour, plated dinner, and an evening of celebration.

  • Due to the nature of our event, attendance is limited to those listed on the invitation.

    We kindly ask that children be limited to family.

  • For guests traveling from out of town, Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is approximately 20–25 minutes from the venue, with Dallas Love Field (DAL) about 30–40 minutes away.

    The venue has recommended several nearby hotels, and there are many great options in the surrounding area.

    A few options we suggest:

    • Fairfield by Marriott Corinth (~2.5 miles from the venue)

    • Best Western Premier Crown Chase Inn & Suites (~5 miles)

    • Residence Inn by Marriott Denton (~5 miles)

    • Embassy Suites by Hilton Denton Convention Center (~9 miles)

    Additional nearby hotels are available, and guests are welcome to explore other accommodations that best fit their preferences.

    We are exploring a hotel room block for a discounted rate. If you think you may use this option, please reach out to Jaecie or Carson and let them know.

    Can I bring a guest?

    Due to the nature of our event, attendance is by invitation only. Your invitation will indicate if a guest has been reserved for you.
